  • Weekend Camp Sponsorship
    • $25,000 per camp (this includes all rental fees, cabins, pavilions, meeting halls, playgrounds, meals, arts and crafts supplies, insurance, entertainment, staff, etc..) Sponsor an entire weekend camp for up to 60 overnight campers and 40 volunteers to attend Camp Koala
  • Sponsor a Camper $500 per camper (Fri-Sun)
  • Youth t-shirt sponsor, logo imprinted (3/camper) $500 per camp
  • Adult t-shirt sponsor, logo imprinted (3/camper) $800 per camp
  • Food sponsors: pizza, pasta, salads, fruit & vegetable platters, breakfast items
  • Snacks
    • Individually packaged goodies/munchies 
    • Fruit and vegetable trays (6 each needed)
    • Bottled/boxed drinks for campers 
  • Bottled water for campers: 15 cases
  • Fire extinguisher
  • Other useful items
    • sunscreen (spray kind is best)
    • paper towels
    • paper plates, cups, plastic silverware, napkins, cups (plastic & styrofoam)
    • Walkie Talkies 
    • electronic ear thermometer for nurse’s station 
    • AA, C and D batteries 
    • Sharpies-black and colored, for signing each other's tshirts
    • Ziploc bags (sandwich sized and gallon sized)
    • Ice, bagged
    • Mod-Podge, for our memory box project
    • Cigar boxes for our memory box project
    • Magazine picture cutouts for our memory box project (we need a LOT of images)
  • Large drum, in good condition-can be used
  • $2000 Office equipment, ink, paper
  • $1200 Brochure printing (2000 double-sided, tri-fold, color brochures per camp)
  • $2000 Postage, mailing supplies
  • Gift cards to Michael's, Giant, Wegmans, Walmart, Target, etc.,  in any denomination
  •  $2400 Insurance Fund Donations-one of our biggest expenses
  • Big Buddies-adult males
  • Junior Buddies (Ages 13-18) as our "Big Buddies-in-training"
  • Endowment Fund Donations in any amount for long term growth: Open Family Camp Koala
  • Fishing Poles, tackle, live worms
  • Handmade blankets/quilts
  • 2 Helium tanks per camp (available at most party stores/department stores)
  • Office paper (8 1/2 x 11)
  • Plug-in microphone (we have the amplifier)
  • 25 Navy blue, 25 red and 50 purple bandannas (Walmart, Michael's)
  • Please consider donating to us in lieu of flowers at funerals and memorial services (make your memorial having a lasting impact) Please list us as your preferred charity for your loved one's obituary. Friends & family can donate online, too.
